Parking
There is plenty of free parking is available on site – please follow the directional signage and car parkers to the correct area.
Changing Facilities
There will be communal changing facilities available as well as a secure bag drop area. (Please note that there are NO showers available)
Please note that whilst you are welcome to leave your clothes and bags in the changing facilities, Chepstow Racecourse can accept no liability for loss or damage to any items left unattended. It is recommended that you do not bring valuables with you and that any items are left either with spectators or locked in your car.
T Shirts
The British Heart Foundation have kindly provided us with official T Shirts for competitors to run in. These can be collected during the registration process.
Toilets
There are plenty of toilets available both inside the internal buildings and in Piercefield Park for runners and spectators.
Food and Drink
Food and Drink will be available to purchase on site.
Photography
We will be taking photographs of the runners on the way round which may be used by the organisers of the Chepstow Stampede for marketing purposes. You will also be able to purchase the photographs after the event.
Timing Chips
The timing chips will be distributed during registration; more details to follow
Water on Route
There will be water stations on route and at the finish but please try and put your rubbish in the receptacles provided to keep Piercefield Park clean and tidy!
Safety
For your safety, stewards will be on hand at the various points throughout the course and at some of the obstacles. Please follow their advice and guidance.
Please don’t go ‘off piste’ and follow the official route at all times to ensure your safety.
Please don’t wear an I Pod or portable music device – you may not be aware of steward’s instructions and it will get wet!!
A 4 x 4 first aid vehicle and trained crew will be provided for the event. If you need assistance, please make this known to a steward who will be able to get you help as soon as possible.
Please ensure you complete the emergency details on the back of your race number at registration.
